Well, I haven't posted in a while. I don't even remember the last time - perhaps in the spring??
Anyway, I've been studying for the MCAT with my friend Miho( who is in grad school in neuroscience and set me up with a private class there with a group of neuroscience grad students and a pi) and taking japanese classes at the Yutenji ward office(only about 400 yen - four bucks - a lesson; not bad considering the amount of money my school charges "conversation" lessons). my japanese is getting better - i'm registered( i think - more on that later) for a test in dec that will assess my level and possibly lead to other possible prospects for employment. marguerite downloaded the second season of grey's anatomy recently, and although i find all the characters totally annoying, i've managed to watch 10 episodes in the last 3 days. anyway, i have to go to bed - i'll write more later
